摘 要:微波透射衰减数据是研究等离子体与微波相互作用时的重要实验数据,本文针对柱状等离子体,分析了准确测量其微波透射衰减所应满足的三个条件:等离子体等厚、入射波远场、等离子体反射可忽略;并设计了满足上述条件的测量实验。除直接用于分析等离子体参数对微波传输的影响外,本文提出了该数据的另外两种用途:诊断等离子体参数、判定等离子体稳定性。Here, we addressed the interaction of plasma and microwave by experimentally evaluating the microwave transmission attenuation by cylindrical plasma. Three requirements for the precise measurement of the microwave transmission attenuation were discussed, such as the thickness uniformity of the cylindrical plasma, far-field approximation of the incident microwave, and possibility of ignoring the reflected wave from the plasma. The experiment, specifically satisfying the above mentioned three requirements, was designed and conducted with preliminary results. In addition to the evaluation of the influence of the plasma on microwave transmission, the newly-developed experimental technique is also capable of diagnosing plasma and evaluating the stability of plasma.
