摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理措施对ICU综合征患者的影响.方法 选择我院收治的80例入住ICU的清醒患者作为研究对象,其中,对照组40例患者采用常规护理,观察组40例患者采用综合护理措施,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 采用综合护理措施后,观察组患者的ICU综合征发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,而且观察组患者的住院时间也明显短于对照组患者,而患者满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用综合护理对ICU综合征患者进行相应的护理干预,较大程度上改善了患者的生活质量,且促进了患者病情的早期恢复.Objective To investigate the effect of integrated care measures on ICU syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital as research subjects.In the control group,40 cases were treated with routine care,in observation group,40 cases were treated with comprehensive care.The effect was compared between two groups.Results The observation group of patients with ICU syndrome incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group patients,and the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）,and compared with the control group,in the observation group,hospitalization time was significantly shorter,patients＇satisfaction was significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The integrated care intervention on patients with ICU syndrome in a larger extent can improve the patient＇s quality of life,and promote the patients＇early recovery.
