儿科静脉用药在配置中心准确调配的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨儿科静脉用药在配置中心的调配，调配准确率为100％。方法护士调配儿科静脉用药过程中出现药物剂量浓度低、液体量增多等问题，针对引起配药不准确的原因，作出具体的操作方法。结果经过5月一个月的培训，6～11月药师和儿科反馈儿科调配不准确为0。结论调配儿科静脉用药时应严格执行各项操作规范，按照科室的标准，一定的方法和技巧，才能准确调配，才能有效防止差错事故的发生。Objective To explore the accurate distribution rate of pediatrics intravenous medication in pharmacy intravenous admixture services.Methods During the distribution of pediatrics intravenous medication,some problems were found,such as the concentration of medication was low and the liquid increased.The specific operation method was done according to the inaccurate cause of dispensing drugs.Results After taking one month training,the accurate distribution of pediatrics intravenous medication was 100％ in the following six months.Conclusions The distribution of pediatrics intravenous medication should strictly implement various operation standards,at the same time,mastering certain method and skill can make correctly distribution according to the standard of department can effectively prevent the occurrence of mistakes and accidents.
