摘　　要：广义功能磁共振(FMRI)包括血氧水平依赖法(BOLD)成像、灌注成像(PWI)、弥散加权成像(DWI)、弥散张量成像(DTI)、磁共振波谱分析(MRS)等。运用FMRI研究睡眠障碍主要集中的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)、睡眠剥夺(SD)和失眠三个领域。以不同FMRI成像技术为纲,对FMRI在相关疾病中应用现况进行总结归纳,剖析研究存在的不足,并提出进一步研究建议。Generalized functional magnetic resonance imaging （FMRI） include blood oxygenation level dependent （BOLD） imaging,perfusion weighted imaging （PWI）,diffusion weighted imaging （DWI）,diffusion tensor imaging （DTI）,magnetic resonance spectroscopy （MRS） and so on.Application of FMRI on sleep disorders mainly concentrates in three areas of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS）,sleep deprivation （SD） and insomnia.Taking different FMRI technology as the key link to summarize the current situation of the application of FMRI in related diseases in order to analyze the deficiencies and make recommendations for further study.
