周德安教授从“气血”论治耳聋、耳鸣

摘　　要：耳鸣、耳聋的发病与肝肾关系密切,同时气血的调达与否,决定了人体是否发病。气血亏虚或者气血失和,耳络失养则发生耳聋耳鸣。周德安教授从"气血"角度论治耳鸣耳聋,临证时善于针药结合调理气血,起到了很好的临床效果。The incidence of tinnitus and deafness have close relation with renal, at the same time, the supply or deficiency of qi and blood, determine whether we get ill. If Qi and blood are deficiency or blood is loss, ear meridian dystrophy will result in deafness tinnitus. Based on this theory, national famous TCM professor Zhou Dean treats tinnitus and deafness from the angle of ＂qi and blood＂ ,getting a very good clinical effects.This article introduces professor Zhou Dean＇s clinical diagnosis, prescription, ideas and experience of choosing acupuncture points, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of tinnitus and deafness.
