摘　　要：姜建国教授治疗不孕症,首创三调理论,平治权衡:即调阴阳——重在调阳;调气血——重在调血;调肝肾——重在调肾。并病证结合,融古汇今,将西医微观病理纳入中医宏观辨证中,病证结合,尊古不泥。临证法尊仲景,并随证治之。Professor Jiang initiated the theory of three regulations in treating infertility to balance different factors in body： regulating Yin and Yang focus on Yang;regulating Qi and blood- focus on blood;regulating liver and kidney fo- cus on kidney. With the treatment rules of both past and present, he brings microscopic pathology of western medicine in macroscopic differentiation of Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation. He follows the treatment rules of Zhang Zhongjing. We hope this paper can inspire the thoughts of clinical treatment on infertility.
