摘　　要：会阴、肛周化脓性大汗腺炎,顽固难治,常见于多汗及皮肤卫生不佳者,多在青春期后患病,尤以身体健康、皮肤油脂较多的中年人易患,且本病易反复发作,在皮内形成相互交通的瘘道、硬结、瘢痕,使病变区皮肤凸凹不平。目前尚无统一的诊断标准,主要依靠临床表现进行诊断。It＇s intractable to treat perineal crissal suppurative hidradenitis. People with hidrosis and poor skin health are sus- ceptible to this disease. Especially those middle - aged healthy people with more skin grease are more likely to catch the dis- ease after puberty. The disease is sticky and stagnant in nature. The staggered fistulas, induration, scars are formed in the skin which cause rough and uneven skin lesions. Alikhan made a detailed description of the disease. He thinks that suppura- tive hidradenitis is not apocrine hidradenitis or infectious disease but a kind of hair follicle obstructive disease. At present, there is no unified diagnostic standard. The diagnosis of suppurative hidradenitis mainly depends on its clinical manifestations.
