调神活血止痛针刺法治疗癌痛

摘　　要：癌性疼痛是恶性肿瘤患者最主要的自觉症状,给患者心身带来极大痛苦,而目前仍以阿片类药物治疗为主,具有成瘾性及易耐受性等不良反应。调神活血止痛针刺法(穴取水沟、双侧内关、郄门、阴郄、血海、照海)具有清心调神、活血止痛之功,缓解癌痛。Cancer pain is one of the malignant tumors were the main symptoms, cancer pain to patients not only physical pain, but also make the patient produces great pressure on spirit, serious influence patient＇s quality of life. At present the method of treatment with drug therapy,treatment method to explore the more safe and effective,the author adopts God Huoxue pain in 1 cases of acupuncture in the treatment of cancer pain, obtain satisfactory curative effect, worthy of further clinical research.
