清热化湿方改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗

摘　　要：目的观察清热化湿方对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者血糖及胰岛素抵抗状态等方面的疗效。方法入选病例为2型糖尿病伴胰岛素抵抗,共100例,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例。对照组给予基础降糖药治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加用清热化湿方,1剂/d,8周为1个疗程。观察记录治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血胰岛素等指标,并计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果治疗组总有效率88%,高于对照组的76%(P<0.05),且治疗组能降低糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后血糖、空腹胰岛素水平,与治疗前及对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论清热化湿方联合西药可显著降低血糖水平,改善胰岛素抵抗状态。Objective To observe the effect of Qingre Huashi Capsule on insuline resistance of patients with diabetic. Methods 100 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with insulin resistance were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. There were 50 cases in each group. The control group was given basic hypoglycemic therapy. The treatment group was given Qingre Huashi capsule besides the basic therapy （one dose a day, 8 weeks as one course of treatment）. The fasting blood glucose （FPG）,2 h （OGTY 2 HPG） blood glucose,Fasting Insulin Serum （FINS） were measured before and after treatment. The insulin resistance index was calculated. Results Qingre Huashi Capsule obviously reduced FPG, OGTI＇ 2Hpg and fasting insulin levels in the treatment group after treatment compared with pretreatment with significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 或 P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Qingre Huashi Capsule is effective to lower blood glucose and improve insulin resistance.
