慢性血小板减少性紫癜中医临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性血小板减少性紫癜的中医，临床治疗方法，寻求中西结合的治疗方案。方法对65例慢性血小板减少性紫癜患者进行中西医结合治疗，年龄16～65岁，治疗时间为6个月，记录中医临床体征，并分析总结，从中医角度寻找合理的治疗方案。结果中西医结合治疗1个月，诸症开始好转，患者血小板计数明显提高，生活质量明显改善。结论采用中医辨证理论，结合患者的体质特征进行中医药治疗，能有效提高患者血小板计数，对慢性血小板减少性紫癜有明显的治疗效果。Objective The objective of this paper is to investigate the clinical treatment methods of chronic thrombocy- topenie purpura and explore the therapeutic regimens of combination of Chinese and Western Medicine. Methods 65 pa- tients with chronic thromboeytopenie purpura were chosen to be treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. The ages of the patients were from 16 to 65 and the treatment time lasted for 6 months. The cases were recorded. Reasonable treatment schemes were to be explored from the viewpoint of TCM. Results With the treatment of TCM, the number of platelet of patients was increased a lot and the life quality of them was also improved obviously. Conclusion TCM theory and the treatment of Chinese medicine based on physical factors？ of patients can effectively improve platelet count. The treatment effect of Chinese medicine on chronic thrombocytopenie purpura is obvious.
