针刀配合臭氧治疗鹅足滑囊炎25例

摘　　要：目的观察针刀配合臭氧治疗鹅足滑囊炎的临床疗效。方法25例患者均采用针刀配合臭氧治疗，在膝关节内侧找到鹅足滑囊区压痛点，用标记笔做标记，术区皮肤常规消毒，臭氧注射完毕，针刀平行胫骨刺入标记点，直达骨面，先纵行剥离2。3刀，再横向剥离2-3刀，感觉针刀下有松动感后出针刀，用棉球压迫3min，无菌贴贴敷。结果治愈18例，好转17例，总有效率100％。结论针刀配合臭氧治疗鹅足滑囊炎，通过松解局部组织黏连，疏通脉络及电生理通路，恢复滑囊周围生物力学平衡系统，使气血运行通畅。Objective To deepen the understanding of Pes anserinus bursitis and provide a new method for the clinical treatment by observing the clinical effect of needle-knife combined with ozone injection for the treatment of Pes anserinus bursitis. Methods Needle knife and ozone injection were used to treat the patients. Patients＇ conditions were compared be- fore and after the treatment. The clinical efficacy was reported objectively. Result Of all 25 cases, 18 cases were cured and 7 cases were improved. Conclusion The method of needle-knife combined with ozone injection for the treatment of Pes anserinus bursitis has remarkable effect and is suitable for clinical practice.
