刺络美容疗法加中药治疗粉刺30例

摘　　要：目的观察刺络美容疗法加中药治疗粉刺的临床疗效。方法将60例粉刺患者,随机分为刺络美容法加中药(金银花、连翘、紫花地丁、栀子等)治疗组30例,对照组30例中,单纯中药治疗13例,单纯刺络美容疗法治疗17例,比较2组的临床疗效。结果刺络美容疗法加中药组效果最好,总有效率93.3%,对照组中单纯中药组76.9%,单纯刺络美容疗法组82.4%。结论刺络美容疗法加中药能清热解毒、疏通经络及疏散肺胃经风热治疗粉刺效果理想。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of needling acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat acne. Methods 60 cases of aene were randomly divided into treatment group （they were treated with needling acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine） and control group （13 eases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and 17 eases were treated with needling acupuncture）. There are 30 eases in each group. The clinical cu- rative effects in these three groups were compared. Results The clinical curative effect of needling acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is the best. Its total effective rate is 93.3 % （76.9 % in traditional Chinese medicine group and 82.4% in needling acupuncture group）. Conclusion Needling acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine has the best curative effect.
