摘　　要：目的观察多西环素联合中药外洗液治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染的临床疗效。方法将76例宫颈分泌物解脲支原体培养阳性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例,对照组予口服多西环素片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟中药外洗液(药用黄芩、黄柏、鱼腥草、蒲公英等)外阴熏洗和阴道冲洗,连续治疗14 d,观察2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,明显优于对照组的82.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西环素联合中药外洗液治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染,可提高药物的有效浓度,杀死病原体,降低复发率。Objective To observe the effect of doxycycline combined with traditional Chinese medicine lotion on mycoplasma infection of female genital tract. Methods 76 eases of female patients with genital tract mycoplasma infection were random- ly divided into the treatment group （38 cases） and control group （38 cases）. Patients in the control group were taken with doxycycline, while patients of the treatment group were taken with doxycycline combined with traditional Chinese medicine lotion （scutellaria, phellodendron bark, cordate houttuynia and dandelion were used for vulva fumigation） for 14 days. Treat- ment effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that in the control group （82.5 % ） （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Doxycycline combined with traditional Chinese medicine lotion has a better curative effect on mycoplasma infection of female genital tract. It can kill pathogens and reduce the recurrence rate.
