芩柏软膏加紫色消肿膏治疗慢性唇炎

摘　　要：目的观察芩柏软膏加紫色消肿膏治疗慢性唇炎的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分成2组,治疗组40例,使用芩柏软膏加紫色消肿膏等量外用,3次/d,每次20 min,4周后观察疗效;对照组40例,外涂红霉素眼软膏,方法、疗程同治疗组。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组45.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芩柏软膏加紫色消肿膏治疗慢性唇炎有润燥功效,能保护口唇避免和纠正病人的舔唇习惯。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qinbai Ointment and Purple Detumescence Ointment on chronic cheilitis. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with Qin- bai Ointment and Purple Detumescence Ointment for equivalent external use. 40 cases in the control group were treated with Erythromycin Ointment for external use （For both groups： 3 times a day,20mins for one time,for 4 weeks）.Results The total effective rates were 92.5 % （ in the treatment group） and 45 % （ in the control group）, showing significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Qinbai Ointment and Purple Detumescence Ointment on chronic cheilitis have the function of moisturizing dryness syndrome and protecting lips with good clinical curative effect.
