摘  要:纳米颗粒在有机溶剂中能较好分散,但有机溶剂有毒,且成本高。以去离子水为介质,分别加入分散剂吐温-80、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS),对复合纳米ZnO-CeO2粉体进行分散。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪和透射电镜对分散物进行分析,研究了不同分散条件下的分散效果。结果表明:50 mL去离子水、0.5 g复合纳米ZnO-CeO2粉体体系中,采用吐温-80分散,其用量为1.0 g,pH值为5,温度为60℃,超声时间为20 min时,分散效果最佳;采用SDBS分散,其用量为1.5 g,pH值为5,温度为50℃,超声时间为20 min时,分散效果最佳;复合纳米ZnO-CeO2粉体经2种分散剂分散后,表面被均匀包覆,且分散体系稳定,团聚现象明显降低,晶型无变化;非离子型分散剂吐温-80的分散效果优于阴离子型分散剂SDBS的。ZnO- CeO_2 composite nanopowder was dispersed in deionized water separately containing Tween-80 and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) as the dispersants.Resultant dispersions were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry,X- ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.Results showed that,in 50 mL water containing 0.5 g ZnO-CeO_2 composite nano-powder,the best dispersion efficiency was obtained at Tween-80 dosage of 1.0 g,pH value of 5,temperature of 60℃,and ultrasonic irradiation time of 20 min.As to the same aqueous system,the best dispersion efficiency was acquired at SDBS dosage of 1.5 g,pH value of 5,temperature of 50℃,and ultrasonic irradiation time of 20 min.After dispersion with the two kinds of dispersants,the surface of the composite nano- powder was uniformly encapsulated to form stable dispersions whose agglomeration was significantly reduced,while the crystal form retained unchanged.Besides,non-ionic-type dispersant Tween-80 was advantageous over anioic dispersant SDBS in terms of the ability to disperse title composite nano-powder.
