摘 要:以氟碳树脂体系为基料,通过引入具有近红外反射能力的热控颜料填料技术,制备出一种热反射型沙漠黄涂料.分别使用模拟太阳辐射装置和紫外、可见近红外分光光度计,对太阳辐照条件下的涂层样板温度变化及250~2 500 nm光谱范围的反射性能进行了测试分析,并以方舱应用为背景,对其空调热负荷影响效果进行了计算.结果表明,与普通沙漠黄相比,热反射型沙漠黄涂层具有良好的反射降温能力,表面温度降低了7℃,近红外区反射率值由40%增加到了63%,方舱空调热负荷降低了10%.A desert yellow color solar reflective coating was prepared by incorporation of NIR(near infrared ray)reflective materials technology based on Fluorocarbon resin system.Reflectivity (250~2 500 nm) and temperature difference among coatings were tested by separately using the solar radiation simulation facility and QV/Visible/IR spectrometer,the effects of reflective coating on shelter refrigeration heat loading were also analyzed base on the application of hatch.The results showed that reflective coating had higher reflectivity compared with normal desert yellow and lowed temperature of surface by 7 ℃,and NIR reflectivity value raised from 40% to 63% and load of hatch was lowered by 10%.
