摘 要:在感应电机的无速度传感器矢量控制系统中,磁链观测器广泛采用电压模型,因为该模型实现方法简单,所需电机参数少。为了解决计算转子磁链电压模型中纯积分环节初始值和累积误差的问题,提出了一种基于变结构Anti-windup控制器的自适应正交反馈补偿磁链观测器。变结构Anti-windup控制器有效地解决了普通PID控制器存在的Windup现象,并通过检测反电动势与定子磁链间的正交程度来自动调整定子磁链的补偿量,能快速地消除电压模型中纯积分环节的影响。仿真与实验结果表明,此观测器能在电机全速范围内准确地估计转子磁链,并且动态性能优良。The voltage model is widely applied in the speed sensorless vector control system of induction machines,because it is easy to realize and needs few motor parameters.To resolve the problems of direct current drift and initial value associated with a pure integrator,a new adaptive perpendicular flux observer with compensation feedback based on variable-structure anti-windup controller was proposed in this paper.Antiwindup controller solved windup problem in conventional PID controllers effectively,and a flux compensation value was automatically adjusted through anti-windup controller by checking the orthogonality between the estimated flux and back emf.The controller could eliminate ill effects caused by a pure integrator in the voltage model quickly.Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed observer could accurately estimate the rotor flux linkage over the motor entire speed range and has a good dynamic performance.
