摘　　要：文章研究了流通商主导的供应链战略联盟克服价值链活动时空矛盾的机理,分析了流通商主导的供应链战略联盟对价值链创新的促进作用。研究结果表明,流通商主导的供应链战略联盟有效地克服价值链活动的时间和空间矛盾,这种流通组织创新也促进价值链核心环节竞争优势的提升,推动价值链设计和营销活动变革,拓展价值链条的规模经济和范围经济,并提高价值链治理效率。This paper studies the mechanism of strategic alliance in the supply chain driven by the merchant to overcome the contradiction between activities of value chain, and analyze the role yielded by strategic alliance to the innovation of value chain. The results show that strategic alliance in the supply chain driven by merchant effectively overcome time and space conflicts from activities of value chain, which also promote circulation organizational innovation to enhance the competitive advantage in core area of value chain, promote the design and marketing innovation, expand economies of scale and economies of scope, and improve the efficiency of the governance of value chain.
