摘 要:用颗粒失重法测定自制微生物发酵液降解马尾松树脂颗粒的效价,探讨了微生物发酵液控制马尾松树脂障碍的可行性。结果表明:树脂颗粒失重量与氢氧化钠滴定量成线性关系,相关系数为0.930。实验优化了失重法的降解条件:颗粒质量0.2g,发酵液量20ml,温度60℃、pH8,处理时间12h。通过5L发酵罐发酵,效价从摇瓶的38.0%提高到50.6%,通过傅里叶红外光谱测定反应前后树脂成分的变化,显示有羧酸的产生,并且发酵液对树脂类物质中的酯键具有裂解作用。可见该发酵液对树脂障碍有明显控制效果。The valence of mason pine resin particle, degraded by hand-made fermentation broth was measured with particle weight loss method. The feasibility to solve mason pine pitch trouble by microbial fermentation broth was investigated. The results show that the weight loss of resin particles is linearly dependent on the titer of sodium hydroxide, with the correlation coefifcient of 0.930. The optimized degrading conditions are as follow:particle weight 0.2g, lfuid volume 20ml, temperature 60℃, pH 8, reaction time 12h. The valence increases from 38%in the shaker to 50.6% in 5L fermentor. The ingredient of resins shows a change before and after the reaction, measuring by FT-IR spectrometer, showing carboxylic acid produced, and the splitting action to the ester bond of resin-like substances with fermentation broth. It concluded that this fermentation broth has the obvious inhibiting effect on the pitch trouble.
