摘　　要：目的了解护理人员执行远洋卫勤保障任务的真实感受。方法采用质性研究中Colaizzi现象学研究方法对10名执行过远洋卫勤保障任务的护理人员进行深入访谈,提炼并归纳主题。结果提炼出5个主题:护理人员责任感、荣誉感和压力感并存,存在较强烈的思念亲人情结,存在生理周期失调及晕船现象,舰船上护理操作存在一定难度,护患沟通欠顺畅。结论执行远洋卫勤保障任务中,护理管理者要为护理人员提供温馨的人性化关怀、科学的岗前技能培训,以帮助其掌握熟练的护患沟通技巧,为圆满完成远洋卫勤保障中的护理工作提供条件。Objective To explore the real experience of carrying out ocean health care task for nurses. Methods By phenomenological methods, a total of 10 nurses carrying out ocean health care task were interviewed and the data was analyzed by Colaizzi method. Results Five topics were extracted, including sense of responsibility,sense of pride and pressure exist side by sidc vrnissing the family mernbersv physiological cycle disorders and seasickness, nursing actions on ship, trouble communicating between Nurses and patients. Conclusion Nurse managers should provide warm and humane care for nursing staff, provide scientific training program to enhance nurses nurse-patient communication skills, so as to provide conditions for successful completion of offshore medical support tasks.
