摘  要:利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDX)结合联用技术,观察以施工现场废弃混凝土作为再生骨料材料制造的混凝土微观形态特征,分析其主要组成元素、质量分数及再生骨料性质对混凝土性能影响的机理.结果表明:颗粒的形态多样,以不规则形态居多;不同粒径颗粒之间存在逐级吸附的现象;试件断裂界面成分主要是碳酸钙和碳酸镁;圆形透明小颗粒以氧化铝和氧化硅为主的粉煤灰构成;花朵和不规则束团状为还没完全水化的水泥成分,主要以硅酸三钙和铝酸钙及铁铝酸钙为主.With the use of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy disperse microanalysis (EDX),we observed and analyzed the micromorphology characteristie and the key elements and their mass fraction of recycled aggregate concrete made from waste concrete in construction site.The results show that the shapes of particles were multiple,most of them were irregular and the phenomenon of gradual adsorption existed among different particle sizes.CaCO3 and MgCO3were defined as the principal components in the surface of particles.The principal ingredients of transparent round particles werepulverized fuel ash mainly containing Al2O3 and SiO2.Flowerlike and irregular beam were incompletely hydrated concrete composed of 3CaO· SiO2 and AFT.We also analyzed how the recycled aggregate effected concrete properties.
