摘 要:在对预应力混凝土轨枕进行强度计算时,通常将混凝土轨枕简化为梁单元或建立未施加预应力的混凝土枕空间有限元模型,这种方法无法体现轨枕在实际预应力配筋下的真实应力.本文建立了能够考虑轨枕实际截面尺寸和预应力配筋的新型计算模型,对预应力轨枕受力与变形进行了分析,并与未配筋情况的轨枕受力进行了对比,说明建立这种新型计算模型的必要性.利用新型计算模型,对地铁用长枕套靴式减振轨道枕下套靴硬化对轨枕强度影响的问题进行了分析,得出了枕中裂纹产生原因,并给出了套靴硬化的限值.Previous common calculation of prestressed concrete sleepers' strength used to simplify concrete sleepers to beam element,or only building a spatial model with concrete sleeper,but without any reinforcement or prestressed reinforcement,these methods can't reflect the impact of the sleeper actual prestressed reinforcement.In this paper,a real cross-section spatial sleeper model with its actual prestressed reinforcement was built,the real force and displacement of a prestressed reinforcement concrete sleeper was analyzed,the results were compared with traditional model,the inclusion of the necessity and advantage of this brand new model can be drawn.By using this new model,the influence of elastic long sleeper rubber boots' hardening to prestressed reinforced concrete sleeper strength was analyzed,the reason of the central crack of sleeper was given,and the hardening limit of rubber boots was also suggested.
