摘　　要：简述了监理日记的特性与作用,分析了监理日记的现状,并总结了监理日记应注意的事项,最后结合监理工作实践,阐述了监理日记应记录的内容和具体要求,为做好工程建设监理工作提供了保障。This paper discussed the characteristics and function of supervision diary, analyzed the present situation of supervision diary, and sum- marized the matters needing attention of supervision diary, finally combining with the supervision work practice, elaborated the record content and specific requirements of supervision diary, provided safeguard for the supervision work construction.
