摘　　要：目的:研究头发毒品检测技术,建立头发验毒平台,并进行应用。方法:研究对人头发中可能残留的10种毒品的16种代谢物进行同时检测的头发验毒技术,并与其它检测手段进行比较,最后将方法应用于头发样品检测。结果:建立的头发验毒技术符合方法学考察相关要求,检测能力通过GTFCH样品的能力测试,并可检出尿检试纸未能检出毒品。服务平台应用于500份头发样品的检测。结论:此次研发头发验毒技术及服务平台可准确地对头发样品进行测定,并已应用于头发样品检测。Objective： Shenzhen institute for drug control cooperated with Division of Life Science, and Center for Chinese Medicine, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Shenzhen Detoxification Center of Public Security Bureau, research the technology of hair drug test, and the establishment and application of the service platform. Methods： Study the technology has the simuhaneously detection ability of 16 metabolites of 10 drugs resided in hair, by the research group, compare to another technology, and apply to the hair drug test. Results： The established hair drug test technology meet the requirement of guiding of method validation, and passed the test of GTCH profiling test. The technology has the ability to detect the drugs that urine test has not detected, and the service platform has been applied in the detection of 500 hair samples. Conclusion： The established hair drug test technology accurately detected hair samples, and the application of platform has been utilized in hair sample test.
