摘  要:针对三维四向编织复合材料,在改进的矩形截面单胞模型的基础上,考虑了相邻纤维束之间的界面粘结效应,推导了单胞的几何特性与编织工艺参数之间的数学关系,并且采用ANSYS软件建立了实体有限元模型,得到了等效弹性性能参数;之后,分析了各工艺参数对弹性模量的影响规律.通过有限元计算的材料弹性性能常数与试验数据符合较好,较为真实地模拟了该材料的细观结构,对三维编织复合材料的设计和工艺具有一定的参考价值.In order to study the threedimensional and fourdirectional braided composites on the basis of an improved unit cell model with rectangular crosssection, the relationship between the geometric properties of the cells and the braiding parameters were deduced with considering the effects of adhesive layers between ad jacent yarns. The ANSYS software was used to build a finite element model (FEM) and obtained equivalent e lastic performance parameters. The effects of the main process parameters on the elastic properties were dis cussed. The calculation results by the finite element model coincide well with the experimental data, which can relatively truly reflect the microstructure of this material. They have the certain reference value for the threedimensional braided composites design and technology.
