外眦部垂直悬吊与眶隔紧缩技术在眼袋整复术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨外眦部垂直悬吊与眶隔紧缩技术在眼袋整复术中的应用。方法采用外眦部垂直悬吊与眶隔紧缩技术并联合眶脂弓状缘释放与眶隔重置的手术方式进行眼袋整复130例。结果术后随访3～12个月，下睑区域保持丰满的外观，泪沟畸形得到明显改善，患者对外形感到满意，无不适感。结论加强下睑区各层组织支持力量是手术要点，外眦部垂直悬吊与眶隔紧缩可以较长时间维持手术效果并改善泪沟畸形。Objective To discuss the lateral canthus vertical ventrofixation and orbital tightening techniques for palpebral bags diorthosis. Methods According to the causes of palpebral bags, in a total of 130 cases, a comprehensive technique was conducted in ： arcus marginalis release and resetting of the septum orbitale, orbital fat preservation, orbital tightening, and the lateral canthus vertical ventrofixation and musculocutaneous flap-skin flap separation. Results The patients were followed up 3 - 12 months. All the patients were satisfied with plump appearance kept in palpebral region and tear trough deformity obviously improved. Conclusion To strengthen the different layer of tissues in palpebral region may maintain the effect of operation for a long time and avoid the occurrence of various complications.
