摘　　要：对应用经筋膜原中医理论治疗类风湿关节炎进行探讨。总结了在经筋膜原理论指导下应用宣发膜原法、中医微创疗法治疗顽痹的理论基础及治疗原理,挖掘中医经典宝库,探寻治疗类风湿关节炎更为高效宜行的中医特色疗法。The authors discussed the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） based on TCM theory of meridian, sinews and membrane source, summed up the therapy of diffusing membrane source and theory basis and therapeutic principles of TCM micro-invasion therapy for treating obstinate impediment, mined TCM classic treasure, and sought TCM special therapies with higher efficiency for RA.
