摘　　要：血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在类风湿关节炎的血管新生中起着重要的作用,VEGF主要是通过与血管内皮细胞表面特异受体结合发挥生物学效应。对VEGF及其受体的功能,缺氧、细胞因子及炎症因子对VEGF及其受体的表达调控以及VEGF及其受体与RA病理变化、病情改变和治疗作用的相关性进行探讨。Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） plays an important role in angiogenesis in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. VEGF gives play to its biological effects through combining with the specific receptor of vascular endothelial cell surface. The authors investigated the functions of VEGF and its receptor, regulations of anoxia, cytokines and inflammatory factors on the expressions of VEGF and its receptor, and the correlation between VEGF or its receptor and RA pathological changes, and between disease condition and treatment.
