摘　　要：中医眼科同中医临床学科一样是一门历史悠久的古老学科。在古典文献中,由于时代的限制,各种辨证方法存在一定的局限性,对外眼病论述得多且详细,而对眼底病缺乏细致深入的探讨,较为笼统,往往是根据主要症状分别归属为暴盲青盲、视瞻有色等范畴,因此在以往辨证方法的基础上,吸纳现代研究成果,结合临床实践,病证相结合的原则,充实辨证内容,在实践中不断完善眼底病的辨证方法,使古老医学焕发了新的生机。TCM ophthalmology has the same ancient science of long history as traditional Chinese clinical medicine. In classical literature, because of age restrictions, each dialeetical method has certain limitation, which have detailed discussion on external ophthalmopathy and the laek of in-depth discussion on ocular fundus disease, it often were attributed to sudden blindness,glaucoma, tinted vision, etc. based on the main symptoms. Based on previous dialectical method,We absorbed the modern research,combined with clinical practice and principle of combination of disease and syn drome differentiation, enriched the syndrome differentiation content,improved dialectical method of ocular fundus diseases in practice, filled of new life in the andent medicine.
