民办高校思想政治教育政策的历史演进及启示

摘　　要：本文通过对民办高校思想政治教育政策的历史演进及现状分析,认为完善民办高校思想政治教育应该避免对原有政策的路径依赖,致力于提升文化软实力,坚持以人为本服务学生,以促进民办高校健康发展。After analyzing the historical evolution and current situation of ideological and political education in civilianrun colleges and universities,we find that we should avoid reliance on the policy to improve the ideological and political education.Enhancing cultural soft power and adhering to the people-oriented service students can promote the development of private civilian-run colleges and universities.
