摘　　要：思想政治教育学作为一门科学,不仅具有自己独立的研究对象和研究领域,而且必须具有自己独立的范畴、规范和规律,这是思想政治教育学学科形成与发展的基础与前提。根据思想政治教育学的学科特点,正确区分思想政治教育"概念"和"范畴"、"规范"和"规律"的关系,是思想政治教育学学科定位的重要任务。As a branch of science, the ideological and political education not only has special research object and field, but also has special category, norm and rule, which is the basis and premise of its forming and development. According to the trait of ideological and political education, it is an important task for its subject orientation to correctly clarify the relation between ＂concept＂ and ＂category＂ and the relation between ＂norm＂ and ＂rule＂.
