摘  要:采用两种双波长法和一种三波长法对六价铬盲样进行分析,测定波长均为540nm,两种双波长法的参比波长分别为750和660nm,三波长法的参比波长为460和660nm。与单波长法相比,两种双波长法和三波长法有利于提高六价铬标准样品及盲样测定结果的准确度和精密度。Two dual-wavelength spectrophotometric methods and triplex-wavelength speetrophotometnc method using diphenylcarbazide as ehromogenic reagen were established to determinate chromium ( VI ) in blind sample.The measuring wavelength is 540nm, and the reference wavelength is 750nm or 660nm in dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method, while in triplex-wavelength spectrophotometric method reference wavelengths are 460nm and 660nm. Compare with single-wavelength spectrophotometric method, dual-wavelength spectrophoto- metric methods and triplex-wavelength spectrophotometric method had better precision and accuracy.
