摘　　要：目的探讨联合检测血浆VEGF和PAPP-A在早期异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法用双抗体夹心法检测早期异位妊娠(60例)和先兆流产(36例)血浆VEGF和PAPP-A水平,并以同期正常妊娠(36例)为对照。结果异位妊娠组血浆VEGF水平[(314.31±51.54)pg/ml]显著高于先兆流产组及正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);异位妊娠组血浆PAPP-A水平[(5.40±1.39)ng/ml]显著低于先兆流产组及正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血浆VEGF和PAPP-A对早期异位妊娠诊断有一定的价值,可作为异位妊娠早期诊断的辅助生化指标。Objective To explore the value of combined measurement of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and pregnancy associated plasma protein A （PAPP-A） in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy （ectopic pregnancy group）, 36 patients with threatened abortion （threatened abortion group）, and 36 patients with normal intrauterine pregnancy （normal pregnancy group） as placebo were selected. Levels of VEGF and PAPP-A in serum were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The serum VEGF level [（314.31±51.54） pg/ml] in the ectopic pregnancy group was significantly higher than the normal pregnancy group and threatened abortion group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The serum PAPP-A level [（5.40±1.39） ng/ml] in the ectopic pregnancy group was lower than the normal pregnancy group and threatened abortion group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined measurement of VEGF and PAPP-A can be valuable in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy, which can be used as auxiliary marker for the diagnosis.
