摘  要:目的测定吸烟者血清抵抗素水平,并行颈动脉ET技术(血管回声跟踪技术)检测,探讨血清抵抗素水平与动脉弹性的关系。方法选择非吸烟者38例,吸烟者45例,检测血压、身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)、生化指标、血清抵抗素水平,并应用ET技术检测颈动脉压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、僵硬度(β)、顺应性(AC)、增大指数(AI)及脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)。结果 (1)吸烟组Ep、β、AI及PWVβ均高于非吸烟组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AC低于非吸烟组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)血清抵抗素水平与β、PWVβ呈正相关关系(r=0.346,P=0.003;r=0.305,P=0.009)。结论吸烟者血清抵抗素水平与β、PWVβ有相关性,三者均是早期发现动脉弹性病变的敏感指标。Objective To study the relationship of the level of serum resistin and artery elasticity function by measuring the level of serum resistin in smokers and detecting E-tracking technique of carotid artery. Methods Forty-five smokers (smokers group) and thirty-eight non-smokers (non-smokers group) were selected. Blood Pressure, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), biochemical index and level of serum resistin were detected, and pressure-strain elastic modulus (Ep), stiffness parameters (fl), arterial compliance (AC), augment index (AI), and pulse wave conducting velocity (PWVfl) of Carotid Artery were measured by E-Tracking Technology. Results (1) Ep, fl, AI and PWVfl in smokers group were higher than those in non-smokers group, and there was statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). AC in smokers group were lower than that in non-smokers group, and there was statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). (2) The level of serum resistin was positively related with fl and PWVfl (r=0.346, P=0.003; r=0.305, P=0.009). Conclusion The level of serum resistin has correlation with/3 and PWV/3. Furthermore, serum resistin, 13 and PWVI3 are sensitive indexes of early-detecting artery elasticity lesions.
