虹吸法在抢救产后大出血患者快速建立有效静脉通道中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨虹吸法在抢救产后大出血患者快速建立有效静脉通道中的应用效果。方法将160例产后大出血患者随机分为研究组80例和对照组80例,研究组采用虹吸负压输液法进行静脉穿刺,而对照组采用传统输液法进行静脉穿刺,两组患者在抢救时均选择上肢静脉作为穿刺部位,以第一次穿刺即见回血判定为穿刺成功,分别统计两组患者静脉穿刺的成功率和穿刺成功所需的穿刺时间,并进行比较。结果研究组患者穿刺成功率为68.75%,而对照组患者穿刺成功率为43.75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组患者穿刺成功所需时间明显较对照组患者短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论虹吸法可显著提高产后大出血患者静脉穿刺的成功率,明显缩短静脉穿刺成功所需的穿刺时间,为抢救产后大出血患者快速建立有效静脉通道开拓了一条新途径,对产后大出血患者的抗休克治疗,挽救患者生命赢得了时间,具有非常重要的现实意义。Objective To explore the effect of siphon method for quickly establishing effective venous channel in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrjage. Methods One hundred and sixty patients of postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into the study group （n=80） and the control group （n=80）. The study group used siphon infu- sion intravenous puncture, while the control group applied traditional method of venous puncture. In the two groups, the up- per limb vein was selected as puncture site, with blood return in the first needle as determination for the successful puncture. The success rate of puncture and the time required for successful puncture were compared. Results The success rate of puncture was 68.75% in the study group and 43.75% in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. The time required for successful puncture was significantly shorter in the study group than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Siphon method can significantly improve the success rate of venipuncture for patients with postpartum hemorrhage and shorten the time required for successful puncture, which provides a new way for quickly establishing effective venous channel in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, thus has significant realistic value in anti-shock treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage.
