摘　　要：呼吸ICU的集中监护和居家呼吸治疗远程监护等应用对呼吸机提出了新的功能需求,即信息输出能力和基于标准的信息集成能力,以解决呼吸机与呼吸监护系统之间有效的数据共享与集成问题。文中提出基于IHE-PCD(病人监护设备)技术框架的解决方案,通过对呼吸机设备与呼吸监护系统的集成功能组件的分析与设计,实现了基于ISO/IEEE 11073和HL7标准的消息通信。所设计的呼吸监护平台的信息集成功能组件通过美国国家标准技术研究院提供的IHEPCD测试工具的测试。Application such as centralized momtonng m respiratory tt^o anti tete-momtorm~ mnum~ based respiratory therapy raised new functional requirements for ventilator： the capability of data output and standards-based information integration, in order to share information between the ventilator and monitoring system effectively. A solution based on IHE （Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise）-PCD （Patient Care Device ） was proposed, and imformation integration functionality of ventilator and monitoring system were analyzed and designd, thus ISO/IEEE 11073 and HL7 based message communication was achieved. The implementation was validated using IHE-PCD test tool desil^ed by NIST.
