摘　　要：通过分析E/E/PES的安全生命周期和对IEC61508新旧版本的比较,从而确定新版本在安全相关系统硬件评估上与旧版本的区别。通过更好地学习与使用IEC61508-2010来对安全相关系统的硬件进行评估和研究。主要对新增的V-模型、部件的系统能力、硬件安全完整性结构约束、保证数据通信的失效率的方法等方面进行介绍。This paper analyses E/E/PE system safety lifecycle, presents comparison of the old and new versions of the IEC61508, in order to determine the difference with the older versions, which about the assessment of the safety-related systems in the hardware. In order to better learn and use IEC61508-2010 to evaluation and research the hardware of safety-related systems. It describes the V-model, the systematic capability of an element, hardware safety integrity architectural constraints, ensure the failure rate of the data communication process.
