摘　　要：L S- 931催化剂是新开发的 Al2 O3基硫磺回收催化剂 ,经洛阳炼油厂 5 0 0 0 t/ a装置使用考察结果证实其具有高活性和稳定性运行的特点。在第一转化器使用 L S- 931Al2 O3基催化剂及在第二转化器仍然使用旧的 L S- 811Al2 O3催化剂的情况下 ,与原来单纯使用 L S- 811Al2 O3催化剂相对比 ,装置总硫转化率可提高 1%左右 ,有机硫水解率达到 96 .4% ,尾气中的硫化物含量则稳定地降至 1% (V)The recently developed LS-931 catalyst is an Al 2O 3 based catalyst for sulfur recovery.The commercial application data in the 5 kt/aclaus sulphur recovery unit of Luoyang General Petrochemical Works proved that LS-931 catalyst possessed the characteristics of high activity and high stability operating.After the original LS-811 catalyst was replaced by LS-931 catalyst in the first-stage converter and the second-stage converter was still loaded with old LS-811 catalyst, in comparision with the case that only LS-811 was used, the conversion of total sulfur can be increased about 1%, the hydrolysis of organic sulphur compounds can be increased to 96.4% and the content of sulphur compounds in the tail gas was steadily dropped to 1%(v)below.
