体育电子政务平台的总体结构与功能设计

摘　　要：体育电子政务能够加快全民健身公共信息服务网络建设,提高全民健身公共信息服务能力。总体结构与功能设计是开发电子政务平台的基础性工作,本文对此展开研究。总体结构是体育电子政务平台所包含的业务功能模块和规模程度,以总体结构研究为基础,分别研究了体育信息发布系统、体育横向应用系统、办公自动化系统、体育管理信息系统、系统维护管理系统等功能。运用本文设计的功能开发的体育电子政务平台,具有功能强大、适用性强等特点。Sport e-government can accelerate network construction of national fitness public information service and improve the capacity of national fitness public information service.The paper studies the basic work for developing e-government platform that is the overall structure and functional design.The overall structure is the business function module and scale extent that are included in the sport e-government platform.The paper studies sport information release system,sport transverse application system,office automation system,sport management information system,system maintenance management system and other functions based on overall structure design.Sport e-government platform used features designed in this paper has the characteristics of powerful,applicability and so on.
