摘　　要：“引水济昆”工程是云南省最大的一项城市水源工程 ,水源地的保护事关重大。应从管理、社会经济发展限制、污染控制、生态保护和水库运行控制等方面采取若干措施 。The project of Introducing Water to Kunming is the biggest water provision undertaking in Yunnan and the protection of the water source bears great importance.Corresponding measures should be taken so as to control pollution,protect biological resources,well operate the reservoir and promote the social and economic development. Safety of the water quality in the reservoir should be secured.
