摘　　要：随着中国经济的快速稳步发展,成品油能源的供需平衡成为中国经济未来又快又好发展和经济发展方式转变的主要瓶颈和不确定因素。在成品油现有监管模式的基础上,我们研究了成品油监管业务体系和业务流程,形成了了基于国家、省、地市的各级商务管理部门的成品油监管协同业务的信息化平台。该研究符合商务部和相关部门对成品油监管和服务发展的需求,为提升我国成品油协同监管水平,提供基础理论、技术支撑。With rapid development of China economy,the supply-demand balance of refined oil is becoming the key factor and bottleneck that influent the development and adjustment of structure of China economy. On the basis of analyzing supervision model of refined oil,researching and designing the mechanism of coordinated supervision of refined oil market,and constructing the architecture of refined oil management platform based on three-layer administration sectors.According to requirements of management of refined oil market,research on mechanism and platform architecture of coordinated supervision of refined oil abovementioned provides theoretical and technological supports of refined oil management platform project in order to improve management level of domestic refined oil market.
