摘 要:选用甜菜不同种质41份材料进行抗(耐)除草剂初步筛选,试验方法采用不同浓度阿特拉津的茎叶处理和播后苗前封闭处理,结果表明:茎叶处理较播后苗前封闭处理效果明显,且阿特拉津茎叶处理用量为25mL/亩时筛选效果较好.根据地上部叶片和地下部根系的生长势和药害鉴定结果从中初步筛选出8份较抗(耐)除草剂材料.41 different sugarbeeet germplasms were screened initially on resistance (tolerence) to herbicide.The test methods were post-emergence treatment and closed pre-emergence treatment with different concentrations of atrazine.The results showed that the post-emergence treatment was better than the closed pre-emergence treatment and 25mL/mu concentrations of atrazine with post-emergence treatment was better than the other concentration.The 8 sugarbeeet germplasms of resistance (tolerence) to herbicid were screened according to the growth potential of leaves and roots and their injury identification results.
