愈肾汤治疗湿热夹瘀型小儿紫癜性肾炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察愈肾汤治疗湿热夹瘀型小儿紫癜性肾炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法。将50例门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组，均注意休息，避免剧烈运动，预防感冒。避免接触可疑的过敏原．口服维生素C、维生素E．对照组25例①双嘧达莫片，2．5～5mg／（kg／d），3次／d；②阿魏酸哌嗪片，25mg／次，3次／d。治疗组25例愈肾汤（小蓟15g，地榆10g，蒲公英、紫花地丁各20g，通草10g，生地15g，白茅根10g，薏苡仁15g，土茯芩10g，丹参15g，当归10g），1剂／d，水煎150mL，3次／d，口服。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿红细胞、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程．判定疗效．[结果]治疗组痊愈11例，显效7例，有效6例，无效1例，总有效率96．00％。对照组痊愈5例。显效4例，有效9例．无效7例．总有效率72．00％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。尿红细胞治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0．01）。[结论]愈肾汤治疗湿热夹瘀型小儿紫癜性肾炎．疗效满意．无副作用．值得推广。[ Objective ] Observe more heat treating kidney folder stasis purpura nephritis in children. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled Method, 50 outpatients were randomly randomly divided into two groups, pay attention to rest, avoid strenuous exercise, pay attention to prevent colds, avoid contact with suspected allergen, oral vitamin C, vitamin E, the control group 25 cases.（1） Dipyridamole tablets, 2.5 - 5mg / （ kg · d ）, 3 times / d, （2） piperazine ferulate tablets, 25mg / time, 3 times / d, the treatment group 25 cases more kidney soup （thistle 15g, Burnet 10g, dandelion, violet the 20g, through grass 10g, habitat 15g, cogongrass rhizome 10g, Coix seed 15g, soil Poria 10g, Salvia 15g, angelica 10g）, 1 medicament / d, decoction 150mL, 3 times / d, orally. Continuous treatment one month course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms, urinary red blood cells, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure in 11 cases, 7 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, 1 case, the total effective rate 96.00%. Control group cured in 5 cases, 4 eases were markedly effective in 9 cases, 7 cases, the total efficiency of 72.00%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Improve urinary red blood ceils than the control group, the treatment group （ P〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] The more heat treating kidney folder stasis purpura nephritis in children, the Results were satisfactory, no side effects, is worth promoting.
