和胃降逆汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察和胃降逆汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将65例门诊患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。忌饮酽茶、烈酒、浓咖啡、辛辣油腻食物或暴饮暴食。对照组30例吗丁啉片,10mg/次,3次/d。铝碳酸镁片,1g/次,3次/d。幽门螺杆菌阳性加阿莫西林胶囊,0.5g/次,2次/d。治疗组35例和胃降逆汤(太子参30g,焦白术15g,云苓20g,陈皮、半夏、枳壳各12g,黄芩15g,黄连12g,吴茱萸3g,代赭石先煎20,木香、砂仁后下各6g,炒谷、麦芽各15g,甘草6g);1剂/d,水煎2次,取400mL,早晚温服。HP阳性加连翘15g,蒲公英30g。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗8疗程,疗程间间隔3d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率94.29%。对照组显效10例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率62.86%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]和胃降逆汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。Abstract ：[ Objective ]To observe and stomach drop decoction in treatment of bile reflux gastritis. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 65 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Avoid drinking YanCha, spirits, coffee, spicy greasy food or overeating. The control group 30 cases of ding Lin, 10 mg/time, 3 times/d. Aluminum magnesium carbonate, 1 g/time, 3 times/ d. Helicobacter pylori positive and amoxicillin capsules, 0.5 g/time, 2 times/d. Treatment group 35 examples and stomach drop decoction （ Taizishen 30g, Jiaobaizhu 15g, Yunling 20g, Chenpi, Banxia, Zhike every 12g, Huangqi 15g, Huanglian 12g, Wuzhuyu3g, Daizheshi 20g, Chaogu, Maiyal5g, Gancao 6g, fry valley, Lianqiao each 15g, licorice root 6g, Pugongying 30g） . l/d, water decocting 2 times, take 400 ml, morning and evening temperature. Continuous treatment of 20 d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Treatment of 8 consecutive treatment, treatment interval between 3 d, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 20 cases had marked effect, 12 cases effective, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 94.29%. Control group 10 cases had marked effect, 12 cases effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 62.86%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] And stomach drop the decoction in treatment of bile reflux gastritis, is worth promoting.
