胆宁片治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并便秘30例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察胆宁片治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并便秘疗效。[方法]对30例住院患者使用胆宁片,1.8g/次,3次/d,腹泻等症状酌情减为0.72g^1.44g/次,2~3次/d,口服。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访90d,观测复发率。[结果]显效24例,有效6例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]胆宁片治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并便秘效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the Danning tablets in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with constipation curative effect. [ Methods ] In 30 hospitalized patients with the use of Danning tablet, 1.8g/, 3 /d, diarrhea and other symptoms, reduced to 0.72g - 1.44g/, 2 - 3 /d, oral. Continuous treatment with 90d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Follow up 90d, observing the recurrence rate. [ Results ] Markedly 24 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 0 cases, the total efficiency of 100%. [ Conclusion ] Danning tablets in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with constipation effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
