地榆升白片治疗恶性肿瘤放疗后白细胞减少随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察地榆升白片治疗恶性肿瘤放疗后白细胞减少疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将67例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组32例鲨肝醇,20mg/次,3次/d,口服。维生素B4,20mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组35例地榆升白片,300mg/次,3次/d,口服。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、白细胞计数、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈7例,有效24例,无效4例,总有效率88.57%。对照组痊愈4例,有效16例,无效12例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。白细胞计数治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床症状改善时间治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]地榆升白片在治疗恶性肿瘤放疗后白细胞减少效果显著,值得推广。E Objective ] Observation of burnet root leukopoietic tablets in the treatment of malignant tumors after radiotherapy leukopenia efficacy. E Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, will be divided into two groups according to the random number table, 67 eases of hospitalized patients. A control group of 32 cases with batyl alcohol, 20mg/, 3/d, oral. Vitamin B4, 20mg/, 3/d, oral. The treatment group of 35 cases of burnet root leukopoietic tablets, 300mg/, 3 /d, oral. Continuous treatment with 21d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, white blood cell count, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results The treatment group cured 7 cases, effective 24 eases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 88.57%. The control group cured 4 cases, effective 16 cases, invalid 12 cases, the total efficiency of 62.50%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . White blood cell count of the treatment group was better than the control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . The clinical symptoms improved time in treatment group was less than that of the control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Burnet root leukopoietic tablets in the treatment of malignant tumors after radiotherapy leukopenia effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
