降氮汤保留灌肠与尿毒清联合西药治疗慢性肾衰竭随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察降氮汤保留灌肠与尿毒清联合西药治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将102例住院患者按随机数字表分为两组。对照组42例低蛋白饮食、病因治疗、降压、纠正贫血、纠正电解质紊乱及酸碱平衡、抗感染等对症治疗;尿毒清,5g/次,3次/d。治疗组60例降氮汤(大黄、牡蛎、蒲公英、白花蛇舌草、土茯苓、红花、黄芪各30g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,保留灌肠;尿毒清、西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血肌酐、尿素氮、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效27例,有效26例,无效7例,总有效率88.30%。对照组显效10例,有效12例,无效20例,总有效率52.40%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]降氮汤保留灌肠与尿毒清联合西药治疗慢性肾衰竭,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） Jiangdan decoction enema clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic renal failure. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled Methods, 102 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, The control ~roup, 42 cases Low-protein diet, Cause of treatment, Step-down, Correction of anemia, Correct electrolyte imbalance and acid-base balance, Anti-infection etc. symptomatic treatment ; NiaoduQing, 5g/times, 3times/day. treatment group of 60 cases treated by Jiangdan decoction （ Rhubarb, Oyster, Dandelion, HHD, Smilax, Safflower, Astragalus, 30 grams ）, 1/day, decoction 200 ml, retention enema;NiaoduQing, Western Medicine same with the control group.14 day for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, adverse reactions.Continuous treatment for 2 courses, determine the efficacy. [ Results ] treatment group, markedly effective 27 cases, effective 26 cases, no effective 7 cases, total efficiency 88.30%. control group, markedly effective 10 cases, effective 12 cases, no effective 20 cases, total efficiency 52.40%.Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Jiangdan decoction retention enema and NiaoduQing Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure, efficacy satisfactory, no side effects, worthy.
