穴位按压与犀黄丸合黄连解毒汤联合西药治疗急性乳腺炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察穴位按压与犀黄丸合黄连解毒汤联合西药治疗急性乳腺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将130例住院患者按随机数字表随机分为两组。对照组64例青霉素钠,320mg/次,3次/d,肌注。治疗组66例①穴位按压(膻中、乳根、乳中、肩井、少泽、前谷、太冲等),穴位适度利用点、按、揉、压、挤、捏等手法按压刺激,每穴操作1min,2次/d。②犀黄丸合黄连解毒汤(金银花15g,连翘10g,蒲公英包煎、当归各15g,乳香、没药、王不留行各10g,赤芍20g,瓜萎仁15g,通草10g;肝气不疏加郁金、百合各10g;气虚体弱加党参、白术各15g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚分服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、WBC、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈60例,显效5例,有效0例,无效1例,总有效率98.50%。对照组痊愈64例,显效10例,有效0例,无效6例,总有效率90.60%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组白细胞水平均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]穴位按压与犀黄丸合黄连解毒汤联合西药治疗急性乳腺炎,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] Acupressure combined with Xihuangwan Huanglianjiedu soup combined effect of western medicine treatment of acute mastitis. [ Method ] Random parallel control Methods, 130 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 64 patients injected with penicillin sodium, 320mg / time, 3 times / d, intramuscularly. Treatment group 66 cases （1） acupressure （tanzhong, milk root, milk （nipple）, shoulder well, less Ze, the former Valley, Taichong etc. ）, appropriate use of acupuncture points, press, rub, press, squeeze, pinch, pressing stimulation, per hole operation lmin, 2 times / d. （2） Xihuangwan together Huanglianjiedu soup （ honeysuckle 15g, forsythia 10g, including fried dandelion, angelica 15g, frankincense, myrrh, Vaccaria each 10g, red peony root 20g, melon wilt Ren 15g, through the grass 10g; liver is not sparse can add turmeric, lily of 10g; Qi frail Codonopsis, Atractylodes 15g）, 1 time / d, decoction 200mL, morning and evening hours;western medicine with the control group. Two weeks of continuous treatment for a course. Observe the clinical symptoms, WBC and adverse reactions. Evaluate the efficacy after a course of treatment. [ Results ] 60 cases were cured, effective in 5 cases, invalid in 1 case;the total efficiency was 98.50% in the treatment group. 64 cases were cured, effective in 40 cases, invalid in 6 cases ; the total efficiency was 90.60% in the control group. Both groups have improved the level of white blood cells （ P〈0.01 ）, the treatment group than the control group improvement （ P 〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] acupressure combined with Xihuangwan Huanglianjiedu soup combined with Western treatment of acute mastitis, Results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
