摘　　要：[目的]观察黄芪温心方联合西医治疗慢性心衰疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例①卧床休息、限制盐摄入量、吸氧等。②利尿剂,速尿,安体舒通,均20mg/次,3次/d。倍他乐克,6.5mg/次,1次/d;开博通,6.5mg/次,2次/d。治疗组40例黄芪温心方(黄芪、茯苓、丹参、泽兰各15g,桑白皮、车前子各20g,草苗子、桂枝各30g),1剂/d,300mL水煎至100mL,1次/d,上午口服。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程(28d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效12例,有效14例,无效14例,总有效率65.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组心率、血压均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芪温心方联合西医治疗慢性心衰效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the root of remembranous milk vetch warm heart combined western medicine curative effect in patients with chronic heart failure. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 80 cases of hospital patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group 40 cases （ 1 ） bed rest, limit salt intake, oxygen, and so on. （ 2 ） the diuretics, 20 mg furosemide, 20 mg, spironolactone are 20 mg/time, 3 times/d. Betaloc beta blockers, 6.5 mg/time, 1 / d; Broadcom, 6.5 mg/ time, 2 times/d. Treatment group （ 40 eases of astragalus membranaceus warm heart formula （ Huangqi, Fuling, Danshen, Zelan each 15g, Sangbaipi, Cheqianzi each 20g, Caomiaozi, Guizhi each 30g） .1/d, till 100 ml and 300 ml water, l/d, on the morning of oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical · symptoms and adverse reactions. Treatment 1 course of treatment （ 28 d ）, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The treatment group 29 cases had marked effect, 9 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 95.00%. Control group 12 cases had marked effect, 14 cases effectively, 14 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 65.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Two groups of heart rate, blood pressure also have improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group improved better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Temperature. [ Conclusion ] Radix astragali heart combined western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
