辨证分型联合西医治疗混合型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型联合西医治疗混合型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将102例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组34例西医常规治疗。治疗组68例辨证分型①痰热上扰,温胆汤。②肝肾阴虚,杞菊地黄丸。③血虚,四物汤。④湿热阻络,湿热退湿方。⑤风寒袭络,葛根桂枝汤。⑥瘀血阻络,补阳还五汤或桃红四物汤。⑦阳虚,肾气丸。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访6个月,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组痊愈62例,显效3例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率98.53%。对照组痊愈15例,显效6例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率85.29%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]辨证分型联合西医治疗混合型颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine treatment of mixed type cervical spondylosis. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 102 patients were divided into two groups according to the. Control group conventional treatment of Western medicine in 34 cases. Syndrome differentiation and treatment of 68 cases of treatment group. Western medicine treatment with the control group.（1） phlegm on interference, Wendantang. （2） liver and kidney, Qijudihuang. （3） deficiency, Siwutang. （4） heat resistance network, damp wet back side. （5） cold spell network, Gegen Gui Zhi Tang. （6） blood stasis, BYHWD or Taohongsiwutang. （7） yang, kidney pills. Continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 62 cases were cured, 3 cases markedly effective, effective 2 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 98.53%. The control group cured 15 cases, effective in 6 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total efficiency of 85.29%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine in the treatment of mixed type cervical spondylosis significant effect, worthy of promotion.
